Our cosy flat "Mühlebnerhof" is part of the centuries-old Mühlebnerhof in the quietly situated district of Ramsau/Hierzegg.

Far away from noise and hustle and bustle you can relax wonderfully with us. You can reach the centre of the village by car in about 10 minutes.

On 90m² up to five persons will find a spacious, well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a cosy sitting area and a stylish coffee bar. On request, it is possible to book a mansard room with two single beds and private bathroom for a sixth or seventh person. A connecting door leads into the flat.

We are happy to offer you a bread roll service for breakfast. The fresh pastry is delivered to the front door in the morning.

Both bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower. Bed linen and towels are included. If you need a cot or high chair, please let us know when making your reservation.

The cosy living room offers a spacious couch and satellite TV. You can access the spacious east or west balcony from all rooms. In our own utility room you will find a washing machine, a hoover, cleaning utensils and a rotary clothes dryer. There is also another (storage) room in the entrance area. A ski boot dryer ensures dry and pleasantly tempered ski boots in winter. Your car is parked outside directly in front of the entrance. Our flat is accessible via a staircase! Snow chains are absolutely necessary in winter! 

Directly next to our house there is also a private, fenced swimming pool (11x6m) and a small children's playground.

Spend a few relaxing days with your loved ones in peaceful surroundings. Action and lots of fun is guaranteed with the included Sommercard, which gives you free entry or discounts at all leisure facilities. The motto is adventure, fun and best relaxation in the incomparable natural scenery of Ramsau am Dachstein. On no other mountain in Styria are there so many attractions as on the Rittisberg, which is practically on our doorstep. The wonderful location in the middle of one of the most beautiful hiking areas in Austria, with countless alpine pastures and mountain lakes nearby, will make the hiker's heart beat faster.

In winter the Ramsauer Wintercard is included in the price. With it you get discounts on numerous activities. You can enter the 220 km cross-country ski trail network directly in front of our house. The family skiing area Ramsau am Dachstein is only 2 km away by car. 

In winter Ramsau am Dachstein offers you internationally recognised cross-country skiing tracks and ski runs on Kali`s adventure slopes and ski amade. In addition, active sportsmen and women will find varied programme highlights in unspoilt nature, such as snowshoe hikes, ski tours, freeride routes or romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides.
